RECKLESS

HAT - VINTAGE
TOP - TOPSHOP
TROUSERS - TOPSHOP
BOOTS -TOPSHOP
SOCKS - TOPSHOP
OVERSIZED SHIRT JACKET - CHARITY SHOP
NECKLACE - HOLIDAY

SHOCKER I'M WEARING TROUSERS!!!! and even better I loved it. Yeah so this is what I wore for a day at work with shopping before and during (it was payday) followed by cocktails. For once at work I was wearing pretty much a fully topshop outfit, the trousers are last year however they have some similar ones this year as well. I do love my leather trousers considering I am by no means a trouser person but I've had soooo much wear out of them and they are really versatile. I like to roll up the ends as well just for a bit of extra detail and to show off my boots of course. These boots are also topshop last year, they are the ANT ones and may still be available on Ebay. They've been good to me for a while now as well but they are definitely not the most comfortable of boot though but hey any shoe lover knows they've got to deal with that!
The top is just a simple structured tee; for a curvy girl, I strangely am really in to structuring and I find it really flattering too. Hat is a vintage family hand me down as I stated in the last outfit post I wore it in also and this necklace, which I do completely adore, was a find at Turkish market on holiday a few years ago. Love a find like that. Finished off the outfit with my long oversized shirt cover up/jacket. It was a little chilly not going to lie but think it tied together the outfit.
So that's it from a very sleepy girly tonight. Also just a warning that my blogging may be a little slow up until christmas as working in retail right now is hectic and trying to juggle that with a social life and a boyfriend also is getting rather manic but I will do as much as I possibly can I promise! Anyway enjoy :) will post on LOOKBOOK in a bit.

SOME THINGS TO BE PROUD OF SOME STUFF TO REGRET

COATIGAN- EBAY
SHIRT- H&M
SKIRT-TOPSHOP
BOOTS TOPSHOP
TIGHTS - PRIMARK
NECKLACE- EBAY
HEADPIECE- HOMEMADE

Hello again! very miserable day in the UK and I think my face matches that in these photo's but oh well! This outfit I wore to work the other day, I like to dress up but keep things casual.
The cardigan/coat is new and I love it! It's so warm and cosy and I was definitely needing to add a bit of mohair into my wardrobe. I got it on a one off listing on Ebay and won it for around £2.50!!! I literally take such pride in getting little bargains like this; you get those people who brag about how expensive their clothes are but I'm a person who will shove it in your face for how cheap I got it! I guess that makes me annoying but who cares about that haha.
PVC skirt is another one of my favourites at the moment, as I've probably previously mentioned, I tend to keep whatever I'm wearing top wise simple when I wear it and this shirt is just easy peasy to wear. I tucked it in also during the day just to mix things up! Only thing I'd say about the shirt is that I wish it had just a little bit of a baggier fit.
Headpiece I just wore as I wanted to jazz up my boring ass hair a little and matched it with the gold chain necklace and my outfit would not be complete with out my favourite pair of boots :)
So that's today's look! Will post up on LOOKBOOK in abit, Enjoy!

MARDY BUM

JUMPER - PRIMARK
PLAID SHIRT - ROKIT
SKORT- MISSGUIDED
BOOTS- DOC MARTEN
DENIM JACKET - EBAY
NECKLACE EBAY
TIGHTS - PRIMARK
SCRUNCHIE - OLD (FROM WHEN I WAS A BUBBA)

So this is a very lazy look from me, I wanted something comfortable and easy! The skort is literally one of my favourite pieces to wear at the moment. I got it from MISSGUIDED a bit ago and it's so comfy and wearable for so many occasions and they have tonnes of different styles on the website. I would suggest getting it true to size though as I got a size bigger because I previously ordered some off ebay in a size 10 which were a little tight!
It's also getting super cold ATM so I really layered up! The shirt is cosy enough by itself but the jumper definitely helped and when winter comes I love experimenting with layering and trying new things because I always find it actually quite a struggle dressing for the cold as I like to dress up. I like skirts and dresses and I'm not a leggings or jeans girl at all, in fact I only own one pair of jeans! So it's a bit of a challenge dressing when it's freezing outside but I like a challenge.
The jacket is something I always get loads of questions about, I got it off Ebay on a one off listing for about £7. At the time I was after a really nice vintage denim bomber to keep me warm from winter to spring time but I just couldn't find one with an affordable price tag, so this was a perfect match. People always laugh at the little truck on the back and yeah admittedly it's a bit odd but I kind of like that! It's interesting and different and I'm a sucker for anything a little quirky.
My lazy look was obviously completed by my comfy as hell Doc Marten's and punked up by my gold chain!
Hope you enjoy it, will be posted on LOOKBOOK in a bit :)

WINTER HAS BROKEN AND I'LL BE THE FIRST ONE TO LOSE MY HEAD

DRESS - H&M
BOOTS -TOPSHOP
HAT - TOPSHOP
SCARF - VINTAGE
JACKET - CHARITY SHOP
TIGHTS - PRIMARK
CHOKER - TOPSHOP
BELT ( NOT VERY VISIBLE) - H&M
HAND OF FATMA NECKLACE - HOLIDAY

Hello again, first of all massive apologies for the poor quality of the photo's (my boyfriend clearly has no clue how to work a camera). Anyway I had an interview this day so went for something smart but stylish. The jacket I recently found in a charity shop for £10 and it's real freaking leather!!! Probably one of my best charity shop finds I've discovered in a while and it fits perfect.
I teamed it with this dress which is definitely a win for me. I don't usually have time to go proper shopping but I popped into H&M with my friend and saw it and that was love there and then. I've been searching for a simple black slip for a while, I really was after a Zara one but this little lovely was another steal instead at £19.99 and I am super impressed. It fits soooooo nice but initially I chose a medium. I always tend to go for bigger rather than small but it was ridiculously big. So I'd definitely suggest getting a size smaller. Just to finish of the dress I put a belt with it for an extra fitted look. I love H&M's winter range at the moment, it has some really nice basic but beautiful pieces for this season, definitely will be making a trip back on payday!
This outfit, as a whole, I chose to really accessorise which was really fun. The scarf is so on trend. I always get so many nice comments on it. I went for silver jewellery again; the choker and my mum's lucky hand of Fatma, we got on holiday in September. I pulled that all together with my little bowler hat and obviously my favourite shoes (topshop ARGO boots) and red lipstick, another MAC one of course.
So that's it for today! Really hope you all liked it, thank you!

SIPPING A DRINK AND LAUGHING AT IMAGINARY JOKES

SHEER SHIRT - H&M
LEATHER BRALET - NEW LOOK
SKIRT - TOPSHOP
SHOES - TOPSHOP

BELT - CHARITY SHOP
RINGS - H&M

NECKLACE - TOPSHOP

This is going to be a nice, quick little post- 1 because I'm really not best pleased with the pictures and don't want to rant aaaalll over here about it for too long and 2 because I'm a very sleepy lady right now!
Anyhoooo, this is what I wore out for my friends 19th Birthday on Saturday night. I never do my hair up so yes make up is rather heavy!  When I go out I like my outfits to look very clean so I tend to stick with monochrome and today I paired that with some silver accessories (usually a gold girl). In my hair I also had this really pretty silver ponytail clasp but was in a real rush and forgot to take a picture but that was from H&M so check them out.
The top was a cheeky sale find for a steal at £6, bought it on whim a couple of months ago for an occasion like this where it may come in handy.
Whole outfit I feel is very much completed by my monstrous but beautiful shoes. I got them on my birthday last month and I do love them rather a lot. I love anything oversized and chunky so they were a perfect match for me! They're relatively comfy considering the size of them too! They're called WEREWOLF and from Topshop and definitely worth a look!
So that's all for tonight will post this all up on LOOKBOOK in a bit. Enjoy!

TEAR ME APART FROM THE INSIDE OUT

ARGO BOOTS- TOPSHOP
PU LEATHER SKIRT - TOPSHOP
CROPPED T-SHIRT- MISSGUIDED
COAT - URBAN OUTFITTERS
HAT - VINTAGE
SOCKS -TOPSHOP
NECKLACE - FREEDOM @ TOPSHOP

Hello again! This is another work outfit I wore the other day and I stupidly did that without tights *MASSIVE FACE PALM* but other than that I loved it! I'm so lucky with where I work that I am able to wear almost what I like and therefore get the chance to express my personal style. Also I am surprisingly loving this cold weather, it's given me the opportunity to wear all my coats and jackets I obsessively collect in the winter and forget about over the summer. This jacket here is an oldie but definitely a goodie and a steal at that! I got it in the UO sale a couple of Christmas Eve's ago (when I wasn't a retail bitch and had that day off) and it has served me well. Fur never goes out of winter trends, even if it's pink, it also goes with a lot and is cosy as hell.
The rest of the outfit is relatively new- I think I may have mentioned a few posts ago how very into skirts I am at the moment and this one is a definite fave. They are massive sellers in Topshop at the moment and they also have it in black and grey, I personally opted for the white as I thought considering I have hundreds of black leather items a white one may just mix things up a little bit! I teamed it with my plain black crop tee just because I feel the skirt is quite a statement piece and i want the outfit to still look clean.
The boots are quite possibly my most beloved possession at this point, I got them about three weeks ago and they have barely left my feet since, I wanted them for ages and found the one pair in my size! FATE I'M TELLING YA! And the best thing about them is that for an ankle boot they are relatively comfy and I can wear them with pretty much anything... they're just amaaazing. I'm pretty annoyed I couldn't get a decent enough photo of them though but I'll link them here . They also come in tonnes of different colours/styles and if I could own them all I'd be a very happy lady.
Accessories for this outfit l I have kept reasonably to a minimum. The hat is a vintage family hand me down which my mother recently discovered, I love that it's not just your're average fedora or bowler hat; it's a lot bolder than that but still simple and chic. Glittery socks had to be done because black would just be boring (tights next time though) and the necklace is an old one and actually a bit beaten up but hey i'm still wearing it!
So that's it. Will also post it LOOKBOOK on a bit later! Enjoy...

LION HEART

Jumper - Ebay
Slip Dress (worn as skirt) - Vintage
Bag - Charity Shops
Boots - Dr Marten
Tights - Primark
Head Chain - Handmade
Necklace - Holiday Souveneir
Watch - Michael Kors

So today I opted for something very easy and comfy, I was also feeling very vintage! I'm going to blame that on the autumnal weather, I don't know why but this wrap up coldness just makes me want to jump in to every charity or vintage shop and grab loads of old granny jumpers, old leathers or anything else they may have going! Anyhow the dress I'm wearing, as a skirt, actually used to belong to my Nan, she always had a large collection of petticoats and wore them under everything and this is one of them. So when I'm over I tend to search the house head to toe for little treats and I found this beaut in the summer and I love it, love the colour, the lace detail and even more the fact that my little Nanny C had such good taste. It also has amazing lace detailing on the top of it however It was bloody freezing when taking these pictures this morning I couldn't dare to even think about adjusting the position of my jumper! But trust me my Nan's old petticoat turned dress by the fantastic invention of a belt (Granny length needed a bit of working) is beautiful! Obviously I feel the dress is quite a stunning item in itself so I just dressed it down with a chunky jumper that I got off Ebay for a about £12 a couple of years ago. Here's one similar. It's a really easy, good, basic piece and I've had so much good wear out of it. I also teamed it with absolutely favourite things in the world, my black DM's and some laddered tights from Primark. I'm still not 100% sure how I feel about the tights, I like them because they're something different but at the same time I just don't like how they look sometimes and I don't know why! Accessories wise I kept things gold and simple! I love the head chain I think it adds a little bit to any outfit and everyone loves an accessory that can do that! My friend actually made this one- he got the chain from a local haberdashery shop for around £3 and crafted it together himself which is a much cheaper option! And the bag is another little treasure I picked up in a charity shop and it serves me damn well for its size, never thought I'd be a backpack girl, always been one for big handbags, but this one's changed my ways.
So that's a little bit of detail on today's look and I really hope you enjoy it :)
