PU LEATHER SKIRT - TOPSHOP
CROPPED T-SHIRT- MISSGUIDED
COAT - URBAN OUTFITTERS
HAT - VINTAGE
SOCKS -TOPSHOP
NECKLACE - FREEDOM @ TOPSHOP

Hello again! This is another work outfit I wore the other day and I stupidly did that without tights *MASSIVE FACE PALM* but other than that I loved it! I'm so lucky with where I work that I am able to wear almost what I like and therefore get the chance to express my personal style. Also I am surprisingly loving this cold weather, it's given me the opportunity to wear all my coats and jackets I obsessively collect in the winter and forget about over the summer. This jacket here is an oldie but definitely a goodie and a steal at that! I got it in the UO sale a couple of Christmas Eve's ago (when I wasn't a retail bitch and had that day off) and it has served me well. Fur never goes out of winter trends, even if it's pink, it also goes with a lot and is cosy as hell.
The rest of the outfit is relatively new- I think I may have mentioned a few posts ago how very into skirts I am at the moment and this one is a definite fave. They are massive sellers in Topshop at the moment and they also have it in black and grey, I personally opted for the white as I thought considering I have hundreds of black leather items a white one may just mix things up a little bit! I teamed it with my plain black crop tee just because I feel the skirt is quite a statement piece and i want the outfit to still look clean.
The boots are quite possibly my most beloved possession at this point, I got them about three weeks ago and they have barely left my feet since, I wanted them for ages and found the one pair in my size! FATE I'M TELLING YA! And the best thing about them is that for an ankle boot they are relatively comfy and I can wear them with pretty much anything... they're just amaaazing. I'm pretty annoyed I couldn't get a decent enough photo of them though but I'll link them here . They also come in tonnes of different colours/styles and if I could own them all I'd be a very happy lady.
Accessories for this outfit l I have kept reasonably to a minimum. The hat is a vintage family hand me down which my mother recently discovered, I love that it's not just your're average fedora or bowler hat; it's a lot bolder than that but still simple and chic. Glittery socks had to be done because black would just be boring (tights next time though) and the necklace is an old one and actually a bit beaten up but hey i'm still wearing it!
So that's it. Will also post it LOOKBOOK on a bit later! Enjoy...

LATE NIGHT LUSTING

TARTAN CAMISOLE SLIP DRESS - ARK CLOTHING
TARTAN A-LINE SKIRT - TOPSHOP
HIZZ VEST - BATOKO
METALLIC HEELS - TOPSHOP
LEATHER DUNGEREE DRESS - BITCHING AND JUNKFOOD (ASOS)
CHAMPAGNE SLIP DRESS - TOPSHOP
LEATHER SLEEVELESS DRAPE JACKET - ASOS WHITE

so I was a little bored tonight and found myself on a few websites and as per dreaming about all these wonderful items I wish I could add to my wardrobe! It's quite clear that I'm rather fond of tartan and leather at the moment but come on it's getting to winter and how can you possibly go wrong with tartan or leather?

The slip dress from ARK clothing looks like a perfect item to dress up or down and for £22 I feel like I may have to purchase sometime soon!
The tartan skirt I have had my eye on for a while at Topshop, I'm a complete sucker for skirts recently I find them flattering and really fun to style. So easy to throw a chunky knit over and for it still to look chic.
Now the "Hizz Vest" completely stood out to me. Quirky tanks always are a statement piece. Pair with some leather shorts and a baggy cardy I reckon you cannot go wrong.
Metallic Heels? I NEED THEM IN MY LIFE!!!! and that's all my feelings on those beauties.
Probably my favourite thing on this list is the Bitching and Junkfood dungeree dress. My god, I love some PU leather but I love it just that little bit more in dungeree form! I would team the dress with a shabby shirt underneath, a heap load of heavy jewellery under the collar and some killer creepers or doc martens. I really wish I could summon a spare £110 for this dress, I really do. :(((
The slip dress I've already pinned as my Christmas day outfit. It's so stunning. I would just add a fur jacket for an instant vintage feel and I think it's perfect to either be dressed up with a pair of heels or dressed down with some chunky boots. Another must have I evidently need!
This ASOS WHITE wrap has also stolen my heart. I feel like if I had it I would wear it all day and everyday! So simple but oh so beautiful but unfortunately I don't think my bank account will be able to make the stretch. :(

So that's a little insight to my evening's wish list and just some ideas on how I would wear them.

RAGS TO RICHES OR SO THEY SAY YA GOTTA KEEP PUSHIN' FOR THE FORTUNE AND FAME

GUNS N' ROSES TEE - VINTAGE
PVC SKIRT & SOCKS - TOPSHOP
SHOES, NECKLACE & BRACLET - EBAY
OVERSIZED SHIRT/JACKET - CHARITY SHOP
LIPSTICK - MAC (FILM NOIR)

Today I wore this little ensemble to work and I've got to say its one of my comfiest work outfits to date (excluding the brand new shoes). I wear this tee all the time around the house because it's so damn comfy but when I teamed it with my PVC skirt the inner goth/grunge misfit came out in me! The skirt I got about a week or so ago has to be my favourite item at the moment, I never thought I'd see PVC as such a versatile piece but, seriously, I can not stop wearing it. I did get the TALL version though as I just wanted a little bit of extra length just to be safe! I think the shoes are awesome and I had so many nice comments on them however I think I almost broke a toe and the shoes are currently being stretched so I can wear them again (fingers crossed). I have linked them but I'd definitely suggest getting a size bigger to avoid the ungodly pain I suffered today. The whole "new age goth" look was not complete with out a big oversized black shirt jacket; I've been searching ebay trying to find something similar but picked this one up in charity shop for a fiver or so the other day and I'm in love and obviously had to whip out the dark lipstick as well. MAC is a winner everytime!
